To maintain the highest standards of mutual respect, reliability, and absolute discretion, Kessary operates under a strict, professional booking framework. By initiating a booking request, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Retention Deposit

All initial bookings require a non-refundable retention deposit to secure the requested dates and times on Kessary’s calendar.

No dates are officially reserved, blocked, or guaranteed until the deposit is received and cleared.

Remaining balances are due prior to or at the immediate commencement of our arrangement, as agreed upon during onboarding.

Client Cancellation & Rescheduling

Notice of 72 Hours or More: If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking with at least 72 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future date within 60 days, subject to availability.

Notice of Less Than 72 Hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled commencement will result in the forfeiture of the retention deposit.

Multi-Day & Travel Packages: For international or multi-day travel bookings, cancellations made within 7 days of departure will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit to cover pre-booked logistics, flights, and accommodations.

The Kessary Guarantee (No-Show Policy)

Kessary values your time, investment, and trust above all else.

In the highly unlikely event of an extreme emergency or force majeure where Kessary is unable to fulfill the booked arrangement, you will be notified immediately.

Under this guarantee, 100% of your deposit and any pre-paid balances will be refunded to you instantly via your original payment method.

Alternatively, at your sole discretion, the balance can be applied to an immediate priority rescheduling.
